We completely understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change. All we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment.

• If you prepaid for your service:
  Please note that if you don’t call or show up on the same day of your appointment, we’re unable to refund your payment.

• If you didn’t prepay for your service:
  A no-call/no-show on the same day will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service.

• Cancellations within 24 hours:
  If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee of your scheduled service will apply.
